The Vail Bible Church is a multi-purpose religious facility that rests on the banks of the Eagle River, which is located on the western slope of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. The Church itself resides in the heart of several small communities which form Vail and the Upper Eagle Valley. Although these communities are closely linked to the nearby ski resorts, they are striving to establish a family-oriented atmosphere. The members of the Vail Bible Church selected a site that would best serve the congregation and set out to build a church with the inherent character that would contribute to a family environment.
In order to fulfill the religious, social, and recreational desires of the congregation, the facility was designed to include a chapel for worship that sits 250 people. Also provided are four classrooms for bible study, a community room and kitchen, library/ bookstore, offices for Clergy, and a multi-purpose recreational space (basketball, volleyball, etc.) with lockers and restrooms.
