The Island Lake Resort Master Plan is located within a dramatic alpine setting in the Canadian Rockies. Zehren and Associates provided development programming, site analysis, master planning, and architectural design for the resort. The plan includes a pedestrian-oriented village with the anchor hotel, additional lodging, retail shops, restaurants, direct skier access, and careful preservation of the adjacent creek and surrounding mountain forest.
