Zehren and Associates produced several site studies to determine the most efficient configuration for the challenging site, which is tightly nestled between a wetlands preserve and an existing village road, along with several easements. The 2-D and 3-D studies allowed for best use of the sensitive site with regard to the wetlands preserve, sun exposure, views to skiing, privacy, and internal vehicle access.
