The Enclave at Beaver Creek | Exterior Design Standards

The Enclave at Beaver Creek Exterior Design Standards are intended to guide future exterior improvements to the residences that are included within The Enclave neighborhood, located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The Enclave is a 40-unit residential complex located on North Fairway Drive, with approximately half of the units located along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. The community was developed in the late 1980’s by Wright & Company, the master developer for The Enclave. True to the development concept of an ‘enclave’ project, all units within The Enclave at Beaver Creek share a similar and coordinated architectural expression, with repetition of materials, site, and building elements to unify the overall neighborhood and establish a shared character for the owners.
