Okemos Pointe project overview is to create a lifestyle, market rate, rental apartment community on a 41.4 acre parcel in Okemos, Michigan, with approximately 24 buildable acres, due to existing wetlands and an on‐site retention lake.
The scope of work by Zehren and Associates for Okemos Pointe is organized into two overarching site planning and architectural design tasks. Under this structure, site planning and architectural design services are accomplished concurrently during conceptual and schematic phases of planning and design resulting in the delivery of coordinated site plan, building plans and unit plans during each step in the design process.
