One Riverfront Condominiums

The One Riverfront Condominiums is a new whole-ownership condominium building with a mix of 40 1-, 2- 3- and 4- bedroom units including some two-level penthouse units with dramatic view of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. The project is on pace to be the first fully electric luxury condominium building in Eagle County and has no natural gas service to the property. Traditionally gas appliances such as ranges, clothes dryers and fireplaces are also fully electric in addition to the main building boilers and hot water heaters. The building also has a 25kW solar array on the roof and upon completion will apply to be LEED-certified.

Amenities to the property include an outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, and a roof top bar with views of Beaver Creek and Vail Ski Resorts that is exclusive to Riverfront Village residents and guests only. One Riverfront also has full access to the neighboring Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa amenities, is a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola and has direct access to the Eagle Valley Trail network and Eagle River.

The open and inviting floor plans take full advantage of the mountain views with 8’ tall living room windows and large exterior balconies. Units offer indoor flexibility with secondary bedrooms off the living room that can be converted to den or office spaces. The exterior is a mix of natural stone, stucco, fiber cement siding and metal accent panels to tie the building into the natural surroundings and neighboring buildings of Riverfront Village.
