The Arrowhead Alpine Club and Spa is located in the heart of Arrowhead Village, which is a few steps away from the Arrowbahn Express lift. The vision was to create a signature building for the community that serves as the gateway to the Beaver Creek Ski Mountain.
The architectural forms and materials – heavy timbers, plaster and stone walls, cedar siding, and copper roofing shingles – create an inviting destination for Vail Valley skiers. This 85,000 SF building includes a private ski club and bar with private deck, fitness center with access to the community swimming pool, retail services, private parking facilities, and 17 luxury condominiums. The external promenade through the building serves as the portal to the ski mountain, while the clock tower serves as the icon for this resort community.
