The “Grouse-on-the-Green” Pub and Dave Pelz Golf Academy within the Kensington Green golf neighborhood serve as the center of the beautiful mountaintop community known as The Divide at Cordillera. The Short Course, designed by John Exley of Zehren and Dave Pelz, is dramatically located with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. Its challenging Par-3 layout tests a golfer’s short game and their putting skills. Expertly-manicured practice facilities sit immediately outside the academy classrooms and offer golfers the ideal opportunity to refine their skills.
