Manor Vail, located at the base of Golden Peak in Vail and fronting Gore Creek and Ford Park, is an $80 million redevelopment of a 40-year old original Vail property. The project is highlighted by 17 new luxury penthouse units built above the existing buildings, a new underground parking garage built below a landscaped park, and many upgrades to the existing residences and public spaces.
The architecture of the entire complex has been upgraded with new exterior stone, stucco, wood siding, and new shingle and metal roofing. New wood and steel balcony railings open up the views from the residences toward Vail Mountain and the Gore Range. The new penthouses feature top-end interior finishes including custom-designed woodwork, granite and marble in the baths, and walnut flooring. The new landscaped park is a centerpiece of the property with pathway connections to Vail Village and Ford Park. An expanded exterior terrace to the Fitzwilliams’ Lounge (“The Fitz”) adds another invaluable amenity to Manor Vail.
Zehren and Associates was also recently engaged to renovate The Fitz, along with the south pool at Manor Vail.
