Old Greenwood Village will join Northstar Village, The Highlands, and Meadow Brook as an identifiable resort community within the Tahoe Mountain Region. The Old Greenwood Pool & Fitness Facility is a 17,000 sq ft building that houses a Restaurant and Kitchen, Pool Locker Rooms, a Retail Area, Administrative Office, Children’s Play Room, and a Game Room / Event Room for Teenagers. The upper level of the facility houses a full Weight Room and Aerobics Area, along with Work-Out Locker Rooms and Treatment Rooms.
This facility was designed under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidelines and will be a LEED certified building upon its completion. LEED is a nationally recognized standard for green building technologies and sustainable design.
