The Pro Shop & Property Management Building is a mixed program building that contains a Pro shop with Locker Facilities, a Retail area, a Bar / Lounge, a Kitchen and Cart Barn. The other part of the building houses the Property Management Functions. These include a Conference facility, Resort Check-in, Administrative Facilities and four Lodge Rooms. The total square footage of the facility is approximately. 22,000 sqft.
This facility was designed under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidelines and will be a LEED certified building upon its completion. LEED is a nationally recognized standard for green building technologies and sustainable design.
