One Riverfront Rooftop Bar

The One Riverfront Rooftop Bar sits atop a new whole-ownership condominium building in the heart of Avon, within Riverfront Village.  The project, including the bar itself, will be the first fully electric luxury condominium building in Eagle County and has no natural gas service to the property.  Bar guests have full access to the neighboring Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa amenities, which in turn is a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola.  Guests also have direct access to the Eagle Valley Trail network and Eagle River.  The Rooftop Bar features full-width folding windows on the south and west facades which offer stunning, uninterrupted views to Beaver Creek Resort and Game Creek Bowl in Vail.  The north façade also includes clerestory windows so that when all the glazing is fully open the bar feels like a “rooftop pavilion.”  The Rooftop Bar, which has direct express elevator access from the parking structure, is lined glass guardrails, bar seating, and footrests along the two open sides of the space to take full advantage of the panoramic views and open-air feel.  A large, 6-ft electrical fireplace occupies the one closed wall of the space and acts as one of the focal points, with the bar itself acts as the other.
