“The Belle” Coffee Shop

"The Belle", Vail, Colorado’s newest coffee shop in Lionshead Plaza, is one of Zehren’s latest collaborations with Vail Resorts. Zehren and Associates was asked to join forces with the local food and beverage team to create this unique opportunity, steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola. This fresh new space, once occupied a variety of offices, is now a colorful, eclectic coffee shop with specialty finishes that tie in with the overall aesthetics of The Arrabelle at Vail Square and adjacent retail shops and restaurants. The coffee shop displays a quaint design in an attractive setting with a coffee bar situated along the windows that face the pedestrian walkway and outdoor seating.
