The West End vision for the landscape and exterior appearance is a functional, low maintenance, visually appealing landscape that will create a progressive outdoor living environment for residents, at the same time mitigating negative external factors upon the project.
Visual screening with landscaping has been carefully studied to achieve effective buffering from the busy Highway 6 and adjacent commercial buildings and large parking lots. Landscaping of internal neighborhood areas, including road right of ways, the community garden area, the tot lot and playground, and sidewalk and pathway connections have been studied to maximize the quality of the exterior spaces and create a cohesive neighborhood environment.
