Wild Sage

Wild Sage, the new and exciting restaurant in Eagle Ranch formerly known as “The Assembly,” is now under different ownership.  Comprised of a small bar and main eatery space, Zehren and Associates developed a new interior design that befits the reimagined concept and menu, which reflects the casual atmosphere of Eagle, Colorado.  “Wild” evokes a sense of nature and the all-natural ingredients used within the menu, while “Sage” suggests a focus on the locale of the restaurant and the fresh, flavorful, and healthy ingredients.  Wild Sage is owned by the same restauranteurs who purvey the Drunken Goat and Capitol Public House.  The owners hired Zehren to help reimagine their two new restaurants due to the success of their original venture, the Drunken Goat.
