The Town of Avon has found Zehren and Associates team to be highly responsive, professional and prompt with their services. In particular, the efforts completed with the firm have required a highly interactive approach with frequent communication, strategic planning, and public presentations to the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Town Council, and the public-at-large.  Pedro has worked through the process with each of these groups and staff to define the vision for each of the projects, and then with a team of consultants and Town staff to document, bid, and oversee the implementation of the ideas.  We have found Pedro to be a creative problem solver and able to work under the constraints of projects and their budgets, and able to achieve direction and consensus amongst differing viewpoints.
